Terms of use

Updated October 9, 2026.

Better Media Share, operated by izidore, provides a Twitch viewer extension, moderation dashboard and official-embed player. Contact: contactizidore@gmail.com.

Using the service

Use the service only if you meet Twitch’s eligibility requirements. Follow Twitch’s terms and community guidelines. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, harmful or infringing content, bypass restrictions, misuse credentials or interfere with another channel. By using the YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Read our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Requests and Bits

Requests are suggestions. Viewers choose a supported video segment and see the Bits amount before confirming Bits through Twitch. Only a server-verified Twitch transaction can create a viewer request. The channel decides what plays and when; a request does not guarantee approval or uninterrupted playback. With review enabled, the broadcaster or an authorized moderator approves incoming requests before they play, except for viewers the channel has marked as trusted. The broadcaster can also enable automatic approval of unblocked requests.

Broadcasters and authorized moderators may reject, skip, remove or block requests. Videos may fail because of availability, region, embedding or provider restrictions. Bits are final. Twitch’s Bits terms and policies apply.

Broadcaster responsibilities

Set and disclose your moderation and request rules before enabling submissions. Review content, protect private OBS and device tokens, and grant moderator access carefully. You are responsible for securing any rights needed to show or broadcast content. A public link or embeddable player does not by itself grant rebroadcast rights.

Availability

The service depends on Twitch, YouTube, hosting and network availability. It may be unavailable during maintenance or provider changes. Features and limits may change. Stop submissions when your channel cannot fulfill them. Support requests should include the channel, approximate time and request identifier; do not send passwords, tokens or API keys.

Leaving the service

Deactivate the extension in Twitch, revoke dashboard authorization in Twitch Connections and remove private browser sources or device connections you no longer use. Contact support for stored-data requests. Rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy law are not excluded by these terms.
